The SAP CRM Middleware Specialist will support day-to-day design, configuration and development of the CRM Middleware to support the CRM process team; develops and maintains configuration documentation. They will also develop functional specifications and ABAP programs to support the CRM Middleware and other CRM applications. This person will help to prepare and execute test scripts and training material with Business Process Owners and obtains their signoff.
