This position is responsible for successful delivery of SAP CRM solutions utilizing technology and process transformation and will have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. This position provides hands-on team leadership, direction and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. The incumbent will have hands on configuration knowledge of CRM processes in Trade Promotion Management.
