During the Design phase of the project perform tasks such as: conduct user requirement workshops; analyze As-Is vs To-Be processes and perform Gap-Fit Analysis; prepare design documentation such as design scenarios, business process flows, BPML (business process master list), identification of initial configuration elements; prepare detailed functional specs for any required RICEFW work; prepare for and participate in cross-team and cross-functional integration sessions; and perform any tasks as assigned by the Order Fulfillment Team Lead.
