Drive to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership. Deep understanding of SAP software and relevant implementation methodology. Overall P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, hiring and delivery of solutions in market. Works with sales team, account management, office GM and National Solutions GM to develop and maintain a solution business plan. Builds SAP consulting practice and oversees all consultants (size dependent upon market opportunity). Focuses on solutions consultant management and driving business development efforts.
