The primary role of this position is to provide first level support to users in our Retail business unit (Merchandisers, Allocators, Planners, Store Operations personnel, etc.) in US offices, primarily in the areas of SD, POS-DM, MM, FICO, and BW. Requirements for this position include being able to analyze issues, determine cause and provide solutions, and provide functional support to SAP users. Additional requirements include analyzing business requirements with a view to developing complete business system solutions to deliver the objectives behind the requirements.
