As the Lead Analyst and Team Leader of the CE Asset Management Team, you will manage a small team in delivering first line SAP support to the Power Generation business covering Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM) and Projects (PS). Provision of first line support. Receiving and logging of all initial support calls during normal office hours for PM, MM and PS calls. Provide support to all 'how do I?' calls for PM, MM and PS. Analyse and log SAP defects and changes for PM, MM and PS. Testing of process and system changes, as required.
