Strong Project Manager Caliber with solid communication skills. Prefer someone who has managed at least 1 BI 7.0 Upgrade as well. Candidate should be from a technical Basis background, who then went into Project management but is still fairly hands on. Must know how to architecture an upgrade project from a system design perspective, understand database design, best practice in an upgrade, know client considerations during an upgrade project.
