Provides pre-Sales technical solutions for our primary product sets to include: Dark Fiber, Optical Access Products such as CWDM, DWDM and SONET , and IP Services. Each Systems Engineer (SE) is responsible to have a core competency in one of more of these disciplines and have a working knowledge in all of the areas. SE's support accounts including, but not limited to, Enterprise, Carrier, and Government. Account assignments are coordinated with SE management.
