Educate current and prospective customers, and the Global Crossing Account Team, on changes/additions to Global Crossing's network, product, and support capabilities. Understand customer requirements, interpret those requirements in the context of Global Crossing capabilities, and assist in the sales qualification processes by utilizing the company's standard product portfolio, and the "Individual Case Basis" process.
