This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment and explain complex solutions to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong and broad experience in both data and voice technologies. Voice Technologies include: Centrex, POTS, ISDN BRI and ISDN PRI, Usage Programs (Corporate Rewards, Virtual Flat Rate), PSALI, and Custom Redirect Service. Data Technologies: DS1, DS3, Frame Relay and ATM along with advance product understanding of Optical, Ethernet and SONET solutions.
