Proactively lead the analysis and evolution of the existing Active Directory environment to meet business requirements. Create, document and test standard software builds for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows 2003 R2 servers. Effectively manage requests from external teams for Windows and AD services. Plan for and document required changes to the existing environment; make recommendations for Windows infrastructure investments needed to accommodate growth and new functionality.
