Design, develop and oversee RX or TX path chips consisting primarily of very high speed, very high linearity data converters for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. Responsibilities include actual circuit design and feasibility analysis for future improvements, layout oversight and post-layout verification of entire chip. Will also interact with packaging, ESD, test development, and lab measurements as necessary for shepherding the chip through initial development to product stage.
