Define all aspects of reliability, define appropriate (and best practice) work processes, standards, systems and tools to ensure sustainable reliability. Define present gap, develop and implement process, standards, systems, tools and supplier improvements to improve reliability. Define ownership and accountability for all components of reliability. Clearly establish all accountabilities and implement processes to hold vendors, teams and individuals accountable to meeting objectives.
