The Senior Device Design Engineer is responsible for device aspects of the design, development, and validation of integrated photonic products based on the company's etched facet technology. III-V laser and photodiode and design using commercial and in-house developed software tools. Design, simulation, testing and analysis of lasers and photodiodes for integrated, high speed, and high power products. Provide experience and guidance in design of experiments, laser fabrication and testing to SONET and Ethernet standards.
