This individual will be a member of the Technical Operations organization supporting the Messaging and CDV tools Service desk. This team supports the residential and commercial IP voice messaging systems. This involves the full range of activities necessary to deliver IP voice messaging services, on an end-to-end basis, from working with vendors, implementing new systems and network designs, deploying new systems and software.
