The leader will be responsible for talent acquisition and continued development of a high performing group. The manager will provide a critical link between the department and other process partners such as Controls and Electronics, Platform Integrity, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, Product Development, and the Supply Base. This person must be able to work with control systems engineering groups in Brazil and China to deliver projects in North America.
