Perform tests to measure detector performance characteristics. Perform detector system analysis including radiometric analysis, MTF analysis, and radiation effects modeling. Participate on cross functional teams including optical, electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers to develop and to optimize detector system performance. Provide management of cost, schedule, and system performance to meet program goals. Interface with BATC teams, customers and detector vendors.
