This position is responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of a department within the IT group. The incumbent will ensure that department goals are achieved while maximizing opportunities to achieve the mission of the organization. The incumbent will provide technological and strategic guidance and leadership in the development of either internal software and systems, external software products or infrastructure.
