Work with Central Operations Complex Technical team in the implementation of the customers technical solution. Ensure contract compliance by raising appropriate issues to Account Executives and Sales Managers, ensuring all services noted in contract are delivered in a timely fashion, and contract has been approved by Legal. Gather technical requirements from customer for system /application installation.
