Participate on the Client Services production team as a mainframe and Affinium/DB2 subject matter expert. Offer guidance to other processing analyst team members. Provide production job application analysis/design and coding for complex custom job assignments. Provide technical direction and assistance to Processing Analysts on existing projects. Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations to improve program development. Using proficient problem solving and diagnostic abilities, provide application support on production issues.
