P&L accountability for delivery of Desktop projects in accordance with standard company organizational policies and procedures. Ensure Desktop deliveries are done against corporate goals and standards. Define, in cooperation with regions and management, annual Desktop budget need and pricing model for new service definition. Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives that relate to Desktop activities. Define and control a set of key drivers for Desktop services. Define and monitor an engagement model with supporting entities (GSOC, GSC) involved in the delivery of Desktop Services.
