Develop, communicate and administer IT policies, procedures and protocols; Participate in local office meetings to ensure customer/technology satisfaction; Develop and manage annual budgets for the Information Technology and Digital Design groups and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses, develop and manage all relationships with outside vendors providing services to IT, including contract negotiations and enforcement of service level agreements.
