Must have 10+ years of relevant industry (life, P&C,reinsurance or brokerage)or consulting experience. 4+ years experienced in managing large Business Integration efforts and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live with a specific expertise in business process definition and solution development.
