Responsibilities include the development of technical specifications related to the design and implementation of messaging product services and applications. The position requires the ability to evaluate new products and services in the messaging arena and make recommendations based on those evaluations. Will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), interfacing with the vendors and related internal organizations on a daily basis.
