The Product Engineer will be involved in the early design stages. You will be working as part of the project team addressing debug & DFT issues while looking for the best test & package strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for product ramp into manufacturing. This will include yield improvements & low yield analysis. In addition, this will include product qualification, new silicon debug, yield analysis & characterization, test
