Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Writing the RFP and business strategy before the project starts. Managing the NOC and the Desktop operation center, VOIP and Video. Provide a unified structure for the department and manage the people. Previous NOC and SEC experience required. Work location will initially be Alexandria, IL and then move to Seabrook, MD.
