The incumbent must be able to perform senior level administrative/Operational activities required to support a Windows Server platform in a production environment. Provide system operational support, administration, problem resolution, and perform hardware and software installations and upgrades. Monitors system performance and capacity. Forecasts system demands, recommends upgrades, expansion and reconfiguration. Troubleshoots problems and takes appropriate corrective action and or interacts with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
