The Senior Software Architect must be able to start with a blank whiteboard, assess a problem, and with a team, design a solution within the architecture, then utilizing significant current coding experience, drive the implementation of the design. The senior architect will provide strategic and technical leadership to the software engineering organization, identify technology roadmaps, competency matrices and core competency development for the software engineering function.
