This candidate will work as part of a team developing technology for a distributed computing infrastructure. This software is developed primarily in C++, makes strong use of CORBA technologies, and supports a variety of operating systems including several flavors of UNIX and Windows NT/2000. The candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all parts of the software development process including OO design, development, testing and user support, as well as task leadership. There may be some opportunity for travel to support users with special requirements.
