The Senior Staff Engineer is expected to perform at the highest level of technical competence and have sufficient experience and expertise to successfully complete very complex tasks, /projects, programs. The individual should be able to fully scope-out project/program requirements and risks, able to mentor and lead peers, and considered a subject matter expert. He or she will initiate projects, develop project proposals, and plan work execution.
