The person in this role will provide technical support for the channel in the form of voice user interface (VUI) design, coding and testing new enhancements, production support, and new feature/functions. This person will work closely with the business partner for the channel, the QA team, as well as members of other groups within the technology organization. The person in this role will also be expected to follow a regular release cycle, provide technical documentation, and follow applicable Schwab technology standards.
