Develop and coordinate Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), acquisition (DoD 5000 series/Defense Acquisition Guidebook) energy policy, guidance, best practices, and analytical methodologies for the DoD acquisition community. Support or lead studies and working groups involving a combination of OSD, Joint Staff (JS), and/or Service headquarters staffs to address DoD business processes, analytic methods, technology, and design trade space relative to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Developmental System (JCIDS) and major defense acquisition programs.
