Job Description:
Provide technical expertise and support to major ISP, hosting, and enterprise customers regarding Arbor's netflow-based traffic monitoring and DDoS attack mitigation products. Analyze network anomalies and attacks and recommend appropriate countermeasures. Provide insight into issues regarding configured traffic mitigations and DDoS countermeasures.. Perform maintenance, upgrades, and related activities on production systems. Work closely with engineering and sales organizations. Take ownership of overall customer satisfaction, facilitating the resolution of ongoing issues
