Candidate should have 8 or more years of direct knowledge of developmental and operational test, particularly on the THAAD program. Candidate should have demonstrated ability for test planning, coordination, execution, post-test analyses and be familiar with development of formal Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.
