Provide system administration support for software application development systems hosted on Windows and Linux servers. Regular duties include installation, configuration, maintenance, backups and technical support of supported tools. Additional duties include on-call support (off-hour & weekend rotations), incident resolution, capacity planning, performance tuning, and ensuring that procedures are defined and documented.
