This role will be responsible for Directing the key activities in enabling a Customer Adoption of our Learning Management System. The Co-ordination will be focused between the Development Organization (Application provider), The IT Organization (Hosting Provider), the Practice (Business Requirements), and the Adoption Community (Voice of the Customer). Responsibility for co-ordination will span from the requirements gather phase through and including the Production live monitoring and control phase.
