This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements to the IT CRM organization. The incumbent creates functional designs consistent with the internal application architecture, ensuring quality systems integration and end user testing, as well as managing all project life cycle activities.The incumbent will be responsible for critical work and/or complex projects enterprise wide, managing cross-functional teams and covering multiple lines of business. The incumbent works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT, business units and technology suppliers. He/she must demonstrate mastery of CRM business processes and how they can be implemented on Siebel 7.x applications.
