The incumbent provides hands-on technical direction and leads Siebel configuration/integration teams through design, development and implementation of complex Siebel solutions for Global Business Services clients; Responsibilities include: Performing technology gap assessment between as-is and to-be design ; Assisting in planning and preparation of development, testing and implementation; Assigning configuration work and test scripts to team members.
