The incumbent leads analysis, design, development and implementation of Siebel solutions that address people, process & technical needs of their clients. The incumbent applies understanding of business challenges and Siebel to develop process/technical solutions, leads Siebel teams, leverages deep technical knowledge & broad Siebel experience; effectively interacts with client reps. Responsibilities include requirements definition, mapping & gap analysis.
