To qualify for this position you must have a history of successfully shipping products and a passion for improving the product, people, processes, and tools. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively design, develop, and communicate technical information at different levels. Experience testing software with C# or C++ is a must. And it's even better if you have experience using PowerShell, building test frameworks or testing distributed systems, virtualization or management products. Experience using SQL, or UI testing are also a plus.
