To qualify for this position you must have a history of successfully shipping products and a passion for improving the product, people, processes, and tools. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively design, develop, and communicate technical information at different levels. Also, you must be self-driven to proactively identify critical challenges and opportunities, and self-direct to tackle them. Experience testing software with C# or C++ is a must.
