As Test Manager, your primary responsibilities include providing technical leadership to your team, a ton of cross group collaboration, establishing test processes, hands on design & implementation, driving complex issues to closure, providing guidance & mentorship for testers coming onboard, collaborating on functional requirements, and coordinating team deliverables. You will be a key member of WEX team leadership working in close partnership with the GPM and Dev Manager.
