This manager will be responsible for building a high-performing team of software professionals that can rapidly deliver innovative products and functionality with high first-time quality and long term maintainability. The products managed will be part of an integrated suite of products and therefore the manager will need to be effective at collaborating with other managers (e.g., development, project, product, QA, and documentation managers). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
