This individual will be responsible for doing detailed evaluations of our ODM product software designs, processes, and test results against our engineering and quality goals. This individual will also be responsible for development and implementation of key process improvement initiatives. In addition this individual must drive improvements in our measurement (metrics), analysis and review processes, to assure that the Productivity organization can objectively measure its progress in working towards our goals.
