This position requires a strong underlying technical background in software development in object oriented environments as well as past and/or current programming experience in C++ and experience with Microsoft COM methodologies. A minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is also required. Candidates should have at least five years of object oriented design experience and three or more years in a leadership role as a Manager, Supervisor, or development lead.
