As a member of the Solutions Performance and Data Architecture department, you will analyze the performance of solutions in a multitier architecture, as well as provide analysis of software performance according to customer requirements. You will assume a leadership role in the performance projects, giving direction to involved contributors; assume a high-level role in performance projects and exercise good judgment as to methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. An understanding of Java architecture and Java components is essential.
