Act as "Voice of the Customer" when participating in product readiness reviews. Provide direct, day to day, management to 5-10 dedicated QA resources. Review and approve test strategies, test plans, and project budgets. Develop and track performance plans for each member of the QA team. Manage "off shore" contract resources as an extension to the core QA team.
