The overall goal of the team would be to streamline and improve how we address all Development and Infrastructure projects by developing formal requirements gathering processes that ensure we have a detailed understanding of any medium to large projects prior to committing to either cost or schedule. Review new technologies which will reduce overall costs, create efficiencies or provide significant value.
