Provide technical leadership and direct the work of 7 design engineers plus 4 mask designers, supporting a variety of Power Management and Thermal Management Integrated Circuits used primarily in the computing market. Technical hands on guidance will include mentoring the team in analog and mixed signal design techniques and setting standards for detailed circuit design, layout, design flows and tools, and design reviews.
