Provide technical leadership to help influence the short and longer term Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap and the direction of application projects. Participate in research, requirements definition, planning, design and execution of BI projects. Define and implement developer best practices and procedures for all BI tools and architectures. Manage customer expectations to ensure strong customer satisfaction by meeting the business needs for IT systems in a timely manner. Participate in selection of tools, software, and upgrades.
